If there are 20 students in total for all examinations, a centre will be given. But in a single place, if the distance is beyond 3km, a separate centre will be given. Those who desire to start a fresh centre must write to the Sabha seeking permission 30days before the commencement of the Sabha examinations.
Arrangement for the examinations:
The answer sheets for the students and other exam materials will be supplied by the Sabha. Students will have to bring the writing Pen.
The examination should be conducted in a school or in public places, which have the necessary facilities, efficiently and punctually.
Note:
The teachers may collect some amount from each candidate as entrance fees or tuition fees which need not be sent to the Sabha.
